Landon Ledford of Dover is passionate about sharing the importance of gun safety, having medical training and being observant in today’s world. Ledford created his own YouTube and Instagram accounts in February of this year to start sharing this information.
Ledford grew up around firearms and shooting. He is now a part of a clay shooting group and he has participated in different military simulation activities. Throughout these years he has become devoted to gun safety and helping others understand more about firearms.
If you own a firearm or conceal carry one, Ledford believes that training with it and understanding how it works is very important. He also said that training with a firearm, even if you do not own one, is an important skill to have in order to keep yourself and others safe.
Making sure to be aware of your surroundings and being observant is something else Ledford wants other people his age to do. He said that many young adults are very attached to their phones, and that he wants people to become more aware and start training.
Having medical training is something that Ledford believes is something everyone should have. He said that knowing how to use a tourniquet, how to do CPR and other types of emergency life saving care is extremely important. This type of training has led to many lives being saved.
