With early voting now underway, many Tampa Bay residents have turned out to vote before the General Election on Tuesday, November 5th. Among the items on the ballot is Amendment 3, which if approved, would legalize recreational marijuana in the state. Z News reporter Jassie Liu has the latest from the Tampa campus of USF.
